Q: What is your favorite aspect of trampwall culture?
A: My favorite aspect about the culture has to be that it’s not strictly organized in the sense that you must execute a certain skill in a specific shape or fashion. There’s a lot of freedom to play with your own style. It's creative freedom.
Q: What in your opinion are the most essential qualities to cultivate in order to excel in this discipline?
A: The hardest thing and the best thing you can grasp as quickly as possible is the ability to turn your brain off and allow your body to do what it needs to.
Block out all the negatives such as fear or self doubt.
If you aren’t willing to be open to fear you're not growing, and you won’t succeed.
